Sounds like you ...Way to go on your half training! Sounds like you are well on your way.

Have you ever heard of the Strassburg sock? I had P.F. last year and used this sock (bought it at Runners Roost) and I have never had anymore problems with it. It's worth looking into!Tarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08824035353538721352noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5260249992025317799.post-90842260861456894122010-01-12T18:23:12.131-07:002010-01-12T18:23:12.131-07:00Congrats on your complete effort! that is awesome...Congrats on your complete effort! that is awesome, you should be proud! Just think of crossing the finish line in 5 weeks. Keep suing the brace, I had it bad, I generally use the brace half the night, then it pisses me off so I kick it across the room. Also, find some good stretches or your calf and bottom of your foot. When you are sitting around wathching TV, grab your toes and pull them towards the front of your leg, it will stretch the plantar out. Also, get a tennis ball and roll it under your foot when you are sitting, you cant do that enough, you will feel it but it works! Good luck and be proud!skierzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01478289863038699061noreply@blogger.com
